Driving Winning Results

  • Reduced payout of HEDIS performance guarantee fees by $5M per year for a Fortune 50 health and wellbeing company.

  • Provided evidence of positive return on investment (ROI) for home-based heart failure monitoring for AARP.

  • Decreased chemical dependency treatment relapse rate to 38% - 58% below national average in an urban women’s treatment facility and  outpatient dually diagnosed program.

  • IDPH funded improving heart health in older women project selected as a State of Illinois roundtable discussion paper.

Strong Track Record

  • Obtained scores between 98% -100% on the IL Home Services Program Case Management Certification Reviews (corporate certification reviews).

  • Identified and piloted near term opportunities within a contact center for  clinical businesses to achieve savings, identify best practices across teams, decrease non-value-added telephonic touch points, increase digital interactions and inbound calls, and improve staff utilization.

Transforming Healthcare

  • Partnered with Mayo Clinic to develop a novel diabetes quality measure for older adults.

  • Collaborated with American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine to create a measure to evaluate quality of pain treatment among patients with serious illness or dementia.

  • Developed model for implementing Six Sigma in healthcare facilities.

Delivering Affordability

  • Directed Lean training for operations leaders at a Fortune 50 healthcare company leading to completion of 46 projects with over $10M savings.

  • Saved $29M by reducing claims costs and improving efficiency. Efforts included completing 40 healthcare management and clinical quality projects.
