Socially Responsible

Eugene and Evonne Waters founded a successful health and human services not-for-profit agency that provided service to Chicago residents.  During the 16 years of community service, Urban Life Line provided socially responsible programs for residents of inner-city Chicago and its adjacent suburbs.  Urban Life Line's Family Support Center provided

  • housing and utility assistance,

  • chemical dependency treatment,

  • home healthcare for Medicaid waiver eligible families,

  • caregiver support services,

  • marriage and family counseling, and

  • family reunification services.

While doing business as "Anointed Bible Training Center", the company joined the Illinois Department of Health -Office of Women's Health campaign to improve women's health through providing heart health and osteoporosis prevention services at community based locations.

We continue to provide socially responsible services with an emphasis on improving health equity for all.
