The TWC Research Group is contracted by the State of Illinois to perform assessments for in-home services. In-home services can include

• A homemaker or personal assistant to help with chores.

• Home health services such as nurses, supplies, and equipment.

​We work with individuals and their doctors to determine eligibility for State-funded services. This includes an in-home assessment. Some individuals may qualify for case management. 

​

TWC Research Group does not accept direct customer to agency referrals. Case management and home assessment services are provided for pre-existing customers of the State of Illinois and private agencies.

TWC Research Group does not provide direct clinical care, clinical assessments, or recommendations for clinical services.
